Depending on whom you ask, the non-linear, iterative process of design thinking involves somewhere between three and seven steps. The five stages are as follows:
Empathize: Through observation and interview, get to know the audience for whom you are developing. Who uses my account? What is important to them?
Define: Develop a viewpoint that is based on the needs and insights of the user. What needs do they have?
Ideate: Create as many original solutions as you can through brainstorming.
Prototype: Create a concrete representation of your ideas as a prototype to experience and engage with them. By doing this, you can gain knowledge and increase your empathy.
Test: Use high-resolution goods and gather comments and observations to improve prototypes, understand users better, and improve your initial ideas.
